Cairo is one of the biggest and most populated cities all over Africa. It is the Capital of Egypt in our modern time. Its name in Arabic is Al-Kahira, and was built by the Fatimid dynasty in 969 AD. It was given that name as the Planet "Mars" (Al Qahir, ‘the Victorious’) was in the ascendant; thus arose Al Madina Al Qahira, ‘the City Victorious’, the pronunciation of which Europeans changed to Cairo.

You will be picked up from your hotel by your professional Egyptologist-Guide to enjoy a full day tour visiting the Egyptian Museum of Cairo, to see the amazing collection of the ancient Egyptian Civilization, there we will see some of the collection of Pharaoh Tutankhamon (as rest of it had been moved to restoration at the Grand Egyptian Museum awaiting for its opening around October 2021. Also we will see there great collection from different periods of Egyptian History from Old, Middle and New Kingdoms of the Pharaonic History. Then you will be transferred to visit the Pyramids of Giza which is considered to be one of the 7 wonders of the world and the only one that still stands, there we will see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Chephren and the Pyramid of Mekerenos. You can enjoy an optional experience to see one of these pyramids from inside. We also will see the famous Sphinx , which is a huge statue represent the head of King Chephren the builder of the second Pyramid with the body of a Lion as a sign of mixing human intelligence with the animal power. Next to Sphinx we will see the Valley Temple that was the Mummification place for the body of the king.

You will be picked up from your hotel by your professional Egyptologist-Guide to enjoy a full day tour visiting the 2 Pyramids of King Senefru at Dahshur, there you will see the Bent or Rhomboidal Pyramid with its strange shape and for our good luck that finally it is opened to be visited from inside , also we will see the Red Pyramid and be able to explore it from inside as well. After this we will head to Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, built around 3100 B.C. by the first king "Menes" who ruled Egypt as a united country and the founder of the first Royal Dynasty. There we will see a nice and small open-air museum that expose some magnificent pieces like the Alabaster Sphinx, and a colossal statue of King Rameses the Second.

After this we will head to Sakkara, the biggest ancient cemetery in Egypt, where we will see its master-piece The Step Pyramid Complex of Pharaoh Zoser, the founder of the 3rd Dynasty, which is the oldest pyramid ever built and the earliest large-scale cut stone construction in the human history. Also you can explore this Pyramid from inside as it is finally opened for the first time for tourists. Also we will see some of the surrounding Mastabas (the first shape of graves in the Ancient Egyptian history) to enjoy its beautiful colors and paintings that still survives up till today in an excellent condition

You will be picked up from your hotel by your professional Egyptologist-Guide to enjoy a full day tour to explore both Coptic and Islamic Cairo, in this tour will visit Old Cairo, where we will see some of the most ancient churches of Egypt, we will visit the Hanging ( or suspended) church which was built upon 2 towers of the ancient fort of Babylone, we will see also the Church of Saint Sergious , that dates back to the first century and was built upon the Crypt in which the Holly Family lived for few months during their famous stay in Egypt. Also there we will visit the Jewish Synagogue of Ben Ezra.

Then we will visit the Citadel of Saladin with the beautiful mosque of Mohamed Ali, this mosque is built as a copy of the Blue Mosque of Istanbul, there we will get to know more about the Islam and the mosque it self.
